Dave Wolfe – President and Founder
Dave Wolfe – President and FounderA licensed pharmacist (R.Ph.) with 25+ years of experience with pharmacies, health system and pharmaceutical manufacturers and wholesalers, Dave is adept at developing and leading healthcare programs that meet the unique and evolving needs of companies in this industry, especially as they face increasingly complex economic and regulatory pressures. Previous employers include CVS, AmerisourceBergen, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Procter & Gamble.
As the president of FusionRX LLC/dK2 Associates, Dave and his team led the company’s implementation of CPOE (computerized provider order entry) and pharmacy computer systems in hospital inpatient, outpatient and long-term care practice sites. In addition, he served as the the Vice President of Professional Services for Healthcare IS, healthcare IT staffing and consulting firm. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Professional Services and Consultant with AmerisourceBergen. There, he led pharmacy information systems implementation and integration, pharmacy charge master review, business plan development, 340B consulting, financial analysis, RFP development and analysis for pharmacy automation and selection of pharmacy system providers. While Vice President, at CVS, Dave was accountable for margin improvements through negotiated contracts, discounts, rebates, fees, clinical programs, and strategic alliances with key pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. He also oversaw all distribution agreements, data sales, materials management guidelines and contract administration, clinical program development and implementation.
Dave holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BS from Union University’s Albany College of Pharmacy.
